Custom Fleet collects the personal information submitted in this Accident Claim Portal ("Portal") in order to:
- provide vehicle incident or accident management services to the organisation identified in this Portal;
- make a vehicle insurance claim in relation to the identified vehicle;
- coordinate and manage repair for a vehicle involved in an incident; and/or
- provide vehicle incident or accident reporting to Custom Fleet’s customer.
We may share personal information collected with:
- vehicle repair service providers to obtain a quote for any repairs required to the identified vehicle; and/or
- insurance companies to make an insurance claim in relation to the identified vehicle.
Custom Fleet may disclose personal information to recipients located outside Australia where an insurance company is located or has operations overseas. Where Custom Fleet disclose personal information to overseas recipients, we will maintain compliance with the Privacy Act.
If you choose not to provide all the information that is requested in this Portal, then your request will not be processed and we will not be able to provide vehicle incident or accident management services to the organisation identified in this Portal, make an insurance claim or manage repairs for the identified vehicle.
